Registration fees is non-refundable and will be valid for one year (from the date of registration).
Person on Record (POR) may renew his/her registration before expire of validity by paying required registration fees to the Authority.
False submission of any documents for registration shall be liable to be cancelled anytime and penal action shall be imposed thereof.
For false/misleading information while submitting details of the construction proposal shall be liable to be blacklisting of the Person on
Record and forfeiture of Security Deposit.
